World Class Customer Service Excellence Framework (WCCSF)

How to deliver and sustain World Class Customer Service is the number one objective for all forward-thinking organisations.  Memorable customer service, delivered consistently through any access channel can only be achieved by an almost obsessive desire to please.

The WCCS framework has been fully aligned to EFQM, Radar Model, UAE Excellence Programmes, The Cabinet Office (UK), Charter Mark and ISSO 9000 to ensure that organisations within the GCC can make full use of this exciting consultancy tool box - immediately – the framework has been developed in both English and Arabic. The WCCS framework is being used to full advantage within Government and Private sector organisations in the UAE and UK and the feedback to date has been excellent.
